When being kind to the environment matters, you work with clients on the things that make a difference like installing solar panels, roughing in for EV, upgraded mechanical system, upgraded insulation and double wall construction. The suite is currently a rental but the goal is for the kids to move into it eventually. Let’s not forget about the family’s urban chickens, they think the suite is pretty cool too!
